State Testing and EOC Information
Grade 9 & 10 FAST ELA Reading PM #3:
This test is 120 minutes, and students will take a short stretch break after 60 minutes of testing. Students who need additional time after 120 minutes may continue working; however, testing must be completed within the same school day.
Grade 9 & 10 BEST Writing:
This test is 120 minutes, and students will take a short stretch break after 60 minutes of testing. Students who need additional time after 120 minutes may continue working up to half of a typical school day.
BEST Algebra 1 & Geometry EOCs:
This test is 160 minutes, and students will take a short stretch break after 80 minutes of testing. Students who need additional time after 160 minutes may continue working; however, testing must be completed within the same school day.
Biology EOC:
This test is 160 minutes, and students will take a short stretch break after 80 minutes of testing. Students who need additional time after 160 minutes may continue working; however, testing must be completed within the same school day.
US History EOC:
This test is 160 minutes, and students will take a short stretch break after 80 minutes of testing. Students who need additional time after 160 minutes may continue working; however, testing must be completed within the same school day.
Florida Civic Literacy Exam:
This test is 160 minutes, and students will take a short stretch break after 80 minutes of testing. Students who need additional time after 160 minutes may continue working up to half of a typical school day.
—In accordance with s. 1003.4285(1)(a), F.S., to qualify for a Scholar diploma designation on a standard high school diploma, a student must earn a passing score on the Geometry, Biology I, and U.S. History statewide assessments.
Students who still need to meet the Grade 10 ELA and Algebra 1 graduation requirements will be scheduled to test and receive notification of specific testing locations and testing times.
